Fowj Travel collects your personal details only to process bookings and communicate about your travel plans. We store your data securely and never share it with third parties without your permission. You have the right to access, update, or request deletion of your information at any time.
How we handle your payment
Fowj Travel requires a deposit to secure your booking, with the balance due before your travel dates. We accept multiple payment methods and clearly communicate all fees upfront so there are no surprises.
How to cancel or change your booking
You can cancel or amend your Fowj Travel booking up to 14 days before your tour departure with a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days incur a 50% fee. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. Contact us at fowjtravel@gmail.com or +201023644574 to process your request.
